Growing boy

It amazes me how much Mason learns/changes each week. Oct. 12th he turned 5 months and here is a recap of things he has done the previous month. Things he started this past month: giggling, chewing on his toes, using the stand up activity center, occasionally rolling from his belly to his back, taking the paci out of his mouth and trying to stick it back in again, and two days before his 5 month bday he started sitting up a bit...he can only stay up for about 10 seconds. Things he loves: grabbing my face (particularly my nose) and hair especially when he's eating his bottle, scratching his nails on things like the couch, sleeping with a blanket over his face, watching Sammy, making all kinds of noises, and chewing/slobbering like crazy. His tooth is still just a little spot just chilling right below the gums. I wish it would just pop through so he could be done with it. Here are some pictures from the past month.
I love this one of Grandpa Bray when he came up for Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. He's been working on rolling over from his back to his front. He wasn't able to do it until yesterday, and he's been doing it like crazy since.

He loves sleeping with the Afghan my Grandma Bean made him.

Gotta love the wild hair!
